Savory Grilled Chicken


Deep fried boneless chicken poured with savory mushroom sauce. Added fresh salad with parsley to freshen up. This crispy chicken is sweet and it have a perfect taste, accompanied by golden fries. Bon appetite.

Grilled Marinated Lamb


Combined olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary for the sauce, the lamb is seasoned with salt and pepper. On top of that, the top is covered with garlic mixture. Marinated for at least one hour, overnight if possible to deepened the flavour. After that, the lamb is grilled. Its juicy meat tends to cheer up the customers because of the mix of its flavour.

Greek Banana Split



                                         

Banana split, the perfect dessert after a hard meal. Banana served with strawberry syrup and instead of using ice cream, we used Greek yogurt to sweeten the dessert. At the center lies cottage cheese to mix the taste with the yogurt.

Ais Kacang, the locals favourite. Vanilla ice cream is added on top to give customers a sensational sweet cool taste. Its filled with lychee, corns and a lot more. In addition, some peanuts to give crisp in the mouth. Great for dessert.

XL Grilled Burger


One half pound burger are made from 100% cow meat, grilled medium and served with lettuce, tomatoes, home-made pickles and fries. The juicy beef  is so crumbly that you will take another plate. The patty maybe thinner but it is larger in diameter and it have a great scraggly shape with browny bits.

Grilled salmon with a simple soy sauce and brown sugar marinade, plus hints of lemon and garlic, are the perfect salty-sweet complement to rich salmon fillets. Our salmon is freshly grilled and it have come to perfection~
